Orders placed Monday - Friday after 2:00pm GMT will be shipped the following business day.

Return and Refund Policy: We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to customerservices@natra.co.uk You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping, within 14 days of the product received date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please submit your request to customerservices@natra.co.uk or call 01256 962407  to speak to Customer Care.

Order Processing, Delivery Method and Timing: We offer Free Shipping on all orders  After an order has been received in our system, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. In most cases the product will arrive next day.Shipments are sent using First Class Recorded delivery, DPD Interlink Express  or UPS. Shipping times is dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Basingstoke Hampshire.  Typical shipping times may vary from 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays. When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. How Long will it take to ship my order out

We try our best to get out as many packages as possible, even if that means running to the Post Office or DPD's Warehouse to drop off your package after their scheduled pick up. Due to the high volume of orders, after your order has been placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your package to arrive. Please note the day your order has been shipped, does not count as the 1st business day of shipping. For example, if your order shipped on Tuesday, the 20th for UPS or DPD, the 20th does not count as the first shipping day, but the 21st does.

How do I track My order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to update. If you did not receive it, please email us at customerservices@natra.co.uk and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
